1 to 1 training can take place in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. We can bring a variety of high tech equipment to your home or we can arrange to meet you somewhere suitable to yourself to undertake a fully integrated body workout outside in the sunshine!!


Group classes

As well as 1 to 1 training, we offer group training sessions in the gym. We also run weights classes for women only called "Bar-Belles" which can also take place outside of the gym environment.
